James Edwin Summers Jr. (Jimmy), 60 years old, of St Louis, Missouri passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday March 21, 2020.

Jimmy was born on November 27,1959 in Richmond Heights, Missouri to James “Jimmy” and Barbara (nee Mayhall) Summers Sr. He graduated from South County Tech High School in 1978.

Jimmy was married to Theresa (Struemph) Henry on 8-18 they were married for 15 years they met in the fall of 1976 knowing one day they would be together forever.

Jimmy served many roles including in his early years working in the family business, Barb Summers & Associates Real Estate in Richmond Heights. He helped many of his friends and family maintain their property most of the time just for a cold one. He truly enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. He was always willing to lend a hand when someone was in need of help. Always having fun a Jack of all trades, a master of none. He looked at the world with a smiling eye Jand laughed at the devil as his motorcycle rolled by. He will be fondly remembered and missed by all who really knew his kind loving heart.

Jimmy is survived by his wife Theresa Henry, her son Nathan (Brennan Graham) Henry, his parents James “Jimmy” and Barbara Summers Sr, his mother in-law Jeannine Jones, and his sisters Deborah “Kay” (Larry) Basta, and Kimberly
(Jack) Brosnihan, his brother Jeffrey (Christy) Summers, nephews James “Jim” (Jan) Brooks, Brock (Stephanie) Summers. nieces Allie Summers, Erica Brosnihan, Kelsey Summers, one great niece Everleigh Summers and one great
nephew Greyson Summers many aunts, uncles & cousins and love ones and friends.

Jimmy is preceded in death by his grandparents James ‘Jim” P. & Catherine “Tossie” (Baker) Summers, Odie “Jack” Mayhall & Velma (Shikles) Wilkes.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Don’t ask why, when, where or
how. No matter where you’re at, that’s where it will be.
