Robert E. Schwab passed away February 28, 2022. Born February 18, 1951 in Cape Girardeau, MO to the late Norman Schwab and Virginia (nee Schaefer) Schwab.
Bob leaves behind his ex-wife Polly Schwab (nee Starkey) and three children Emily Davis (Chris), Eric Schwab, and Elizabeth Schwab.
Bob graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Southeast Missouri State and worked for the state of Missouri as a auditor. Beloved son, brother, father, uncle and friend to many.

VISITATION: Saturday March 19, 2022 at Michel Funeral Home 5930 Southwest Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63139 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. followed by a Memorial Celebration at Murphy’s on 21 (13226 Tesson Ferry Rd., St. Louis, MO 63128).

My deepest condolences to Polly and the children. I have many great memories of Bob during our time together at the DOR. Weekly lunches with the special group, travel to and from Jefferson City, and to Fuel Tax meetings.
