Tuoi Johnson was born in Vietnam on April 25, 1940. She was married to Dalton Johnson in Vietnam and upon emigrating to the USA lived in St Louis, MO and Jonesboro, AR where Dalton had grown up.
After Dalton passed in 1998, Tuoi moved to Conroe to be close to family. Tuoi loved her sisters, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren nephew and their spouses. Tuoi was a dedicated swimmer and could be found in the Conroe recreation pool almost every day. She is well known within the family for her “green thumb.” Her house was always filled with and surrounded by beautiful plants. Tuoi was a member of the Sacred Hearts Catholic Church in Conroe. It was rare for her to miss mass.
Tuoi was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dalton, her sisters, and her son Tuan (Angela). She is survived by her children: Phu (Cuc), Hung (Linda), Myloan “Lonnie” (Eric), Hung in Vietnam, Yang, Nang (Rebecca), Chang, Fang (Christie), Lang and Lyndia and her nephew A (Yen).
She is also survived by many grandchildren.
