Arthur Philip Aguado, 70, of St. Louis, MO, passed away on January 31, 2021, at his home in Valley Park.

He was born to parents Adrian and Olga Aguado, on October 27, 1950, in St. Louis, Missouri. Art graduated from Cleveland High School and later went to Forest Park Community College for business. “Art” and his twin brother “Terry” were partners in business at Adrian Typography Inc. and together were members of the Ellisville Elks Lodge #2664.

Art was known for his love of history (the Civil War), his wonderful family, quirky sense of humor & love for cooking. He had a heart of gold and would give the shirt off of his back.

Art is survived by his children Mark (Kristine) Aguado, Michelle (David) Watkins; grandchildren Zackary and Joshua Aguado, Kasey and Shannon Watkins, wife Rhonda (nee Knight) Aguado; dear brother of Adrienne (the late Roger) Collins, Anita (the late Jack) Letter, Tomas A. Aguado, special uncle to Edward and Stephen Aguado & special friend to Carol (nee Radosh) and Mike Degunia.

Art was preceded in death by his daughter Melinda Aguado, parents Adrian and Olga (nee Moser) Aguado, sister Trini (the late David) Hutson, his brothers Steve (Margie) Aguado, Jr. & beloved twin brother Terrell (Nancy) Aguado.

Art, Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, you are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.

Arthur will be laid to rest with his family, next to his beautiful daughter Melinda and best friend/brother Terry.

Interment will be private at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery with a Celebration of Life held at a later date.
