Arthur Lawrence Sander passed away peacefully November 16, 2025. Born October 1, 1946 to the late Arthur F. Sander and the late Genevieve (nee Vogler) Sander.
Devoted husband of Rita (nee Whitley) Sander. Loving father of Elizabeth (Charles) Miller, Michael (Dawn) Sander, and Barbara (Alan) Below. Dear grandfather of Stephen (Cindy) Stefanski, Samantha (Nick) Hastey, Emily (Jacob) Lamons, Katelyn Sander, Dalton Daly, Ethan Below, and Genieve Brown. Loving great grandfather, cousin, and friend.
Arthur is preceded in death by his sister Diane Sander.
VISITATION: Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at Michel Funeral Home 5930 Southwest Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63139 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Interment: Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery at 10:30 a.m. with full military honors.
