David Paul Hackmann passed away peacefully March 19, 2023. Born July 4, 1951 to the late Frank Hackmann and the late Leatrice Hackmann.
Loving husband to Sue (nee Crowe) Hackmann. Dear brother of Rev. Ronald (Miriam) Hackmann. Loving brother-in-law to Peg (Brad) Karner, Janice (the late Tim) Crowe, Kathy (Dick) Crowe, and Mari Pat (the late Dave) McFall. Beloved uncle Michelle Karner, Ryan Crowe, Collin Crowe, Kathy (Nate) Sphere, Jon Hackmann, David Hackmann, Molly Gibbs, Tom McFall, Elizabeth Crowe, Richie Crowe, Kelly Rosser, Jeff (Alicia) Crowe, and Christina (Adrian) Schute.

So very sorry for your loss. It was my great privilege to have worked with Dave for many years, and to call him my friend. Rest high on that mountain Dave. You will be greatly missed.
I got to know David a little over ten years ago. I met him at church we both attended. We also attended Bible class together on Tuesday morning. We almost immediately hit it off. We connected not only as friends but also on a spiritual level. David had a strong faith. On more than one occasion, I witnessed David’s personal testimonial on how Jesus saved him. I not only lost a good friend when he passed on. I lost a brother. I I take some comfort in knowing that he is walking on those streets paved in gold in heaven. He is no longer suffering and fighting for every breath. I love you, brother. I was blessed to have you in my life!
