Donna Dalessandro, 68, passed away on Thursday, February 9th at Evelyn House, where for the last days of her life, she was able to rest peacefully with loving and compassionate care and family at her side.
Daughter of the late Anthony and Gloria Dalessandro. Cherished sister of the late Debbie (Tim) Reckamp, Toni (Tim) Armstrong, Diane (Chris) Gambaro. Loved aunt to Eric (Abigail) Reckamp, Megan (Scott) Forney, Elizabeth (Mark) Phillips and Christina (Olivia) Gambaro. Adored great-aunt to Darby, Charlie and Annie Reckamp; Ben, Caleb and Ava Forney, and Leo, Landon and Leighton Phillips. Loved and loyal friend to many.
Donna was a creative and talented graphic designer retiring from BJC after a 45-year career. She was respected and admired not only for her incredible talent, but also for her mentorship, work ethic, and her constant acts of kindness and support.
Donna will be remembered for her love of family, her generous spirit, and her empathy and concern for those in her life. There was no greater joy in her life than the time spent with her family. She will be missed and remembered with great affection to those whose hearts and lives she touched.

INTERMENT: Resurrection Cemetery.

Donna, was such a wonderful, fun, creative person. I am so sorry to hear of her death. I knew Donna when she lived in Tower Grove East neighborhood and was very active in the neighborhood association. We had such great fun with her. I will ever forget her Halloween Parties.
I remember growing up with Donna and her sisters. They lived across the alley.
I will miss my enjoyable phone conversations with Donna, as she lovingly talked about her family, especially great -nieces and nephews.
