Corky and the Balven family share many weekends camping and working on projects through BSA and Explorers. Corky was like my older brother,Mark Coleman and inspired me to be an Eagle Scout. He had a Cool Hand Luke kind of a smile. His smile would automatically make me smile and then I’d wonder what he was up to. I regret not keeping in touch with him . Blessed to have had him as a friend.
A great man I met through scouting and became lifelong friends with. He was loved and will be missed by all that knew him. Condolences to the family.
He was one of the best friends a girl could ever ask for. Miss you SO much Elmer!!
He will be truly missed. I’m praying for strength for the family.
