Jennifer Lee Graf passed away surrounded by her loving family on January 18, 2023 at her home.
A generous and loving soul born on January 23, 1978 to Joseph C. Graf and Kathy De La Fortune. Beloved sister of Klynn Graf (Heather Kloeppel) and Kassandra Graf. Loving aunt of Caleb Graf. Jennifer will be dearly missed by her faithful companion dog Piper, as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, and her many friends.
Jennifer is preceded in death by her stepmother Ann E. Graf and her youngest sister Barbara Ann Graf. She is also preceded in death by her beloved grandparents Lucille “Ann” Graf and Joseph L. Graf and her aunt Cheryl D’Harlingue.
