Joseph D. Rousan, Jr. passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at the age of 67.
Born February 27, 1952 to the late Joseph Rousan, Sr. and the late Dorothy (nee Anderson) Rousan.
Joseph is survived by his sister Pam Douglas. Loving uncle and dear friend to Victor Vitt.
SERVICES: Thursday, February 6th, 2020 from 6-8 p.m. with services beginning at 8 p.m.
