I’d really never met her properly, but always thought it’d be such a treat to pick her brain; or stories from her life. She had most definitely come across as a fierce family woman, I’d joke saying she could adopt me. Although oh my 5-6yrs now I was 37 at the time & brightened my day she referred to me as a young woman. Even if Miss Magdalena wasn’t all she appeared & who can say we are. She was an inspiration to me in many aspects of family, loving,[understand it isn’t the same as liking] rearing,[ I’m so terrified of how I’ll turn my child sour till they express venom & break my heart,or spoilt & pushing another jerk-off onto my community] oh Lord have mercy. LOL Mostly how she conveyed her grit under the surface, poised & lady like all the way! Yet you felt even at 74 she could/would hold her own if there was a scuffle.
I have no words to repair what’s broken just my little tiny part in her unique story/life. Anonymous Cashier
