Michael A. Sanchez passed away peacefully July 16, 2022. Born March 30, 1946 to the late Jesus Sanchez and the late Maria Larios Sanchez.
Mike was full of life and spunk. He never met a stranger. He made everyone feel welcome and cared for. His smile was contagious. To know him was to love him and we will love him forever and ever.
Loving husband of Ellen Humphries. Beloved father of Mike (Tina) Sanchez. Dear step father of Betsy O’Brien (Brent Scott), and Jessica O’Brien Pursell (Corin Pursell). Loving grandfather of Ashlee (Mike) Sanchez, Makayla (Betsy) Edwards, Cathal & Lyra (Jessica). Dear great grandfather of Lela & Jordyn (Ashlee).
Dear brother of “Big Joe”, Carlos (Sophia), and Rick Sanchez (Colleen), Randy Cosby, Billy David, Tony Amill, and Andi Harris. Loving uncle of “Little Joe”, Jennifer Sanchez Rogers, Claudia Sanchez Strong, “Little Carlos”, Carla Keller, Kelsey Long, and Mackenzie Long Sanchez.
Michael is preceded in death by his brothers Jesse Sanchez and Henry Sanchez.
Mike considered so many people to be “Family” and it was impossible to list them all. We did our very best to include everyone and we send our sincerest apologies to anyone missing from the list above.
