Mike Reynolds passed away at the age of 46 due to a pulmonary embolism. Friend to the neighborhood, accomplished chef and granite worker, beloved father, son, brother and uncle, we will miss him.
His easy going way made him very approachable and he made new friends readily. No one could move into the neighborhood without getting to know Mike and that he would be there for them if they ever needed anything. Growing up in Dogtown, he got into many misadventures with his brothers and friends, resulting in plenty of mirth, mayhem, and mischief. He loved good music, and often enjoyed talking about various bands he had discovered or was into. He enjoyed taking walks with his children and going fishing with his children and nieces and nephews at Clifton Park.
Mike is preceded in death by his father Walter, and survived by the following motley crew: Mother, Pauline Reynolds, Sister Jenny and Marc Enger, and their children Jack and Elijah. Sister Patty and Jon Clark, and their children Isaiah, Anna, and Ezekiel. Brother Bill and Kerri Reynolds, and their children Logan, Owen, and Grace. Brother Jim and Stephanie Reynolds, and their children Greg, Ben, and Rose.
Mike lived his own life, in his own way. But his greatest achievement and joy of all was children. Along with their mom Karyn, he was able to bring Henry “Bub” and Maddie Moo into this world. Through them he has created infinite possibilities of hope and life into a world that can take them anywhere, and where they can achieve anything their heart desires. There is no limit to what they can do. Mike believed in them, and what they could become. They are his legacy.
