Norma Ann Craig

April 8, 1940 – December 12, 2020

Norma Ann Craig was born to John & Norma Tuchschmidt on April 8, 1940 and passed away in Saint Louis, Missouri on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at the age of 80 surrounded by family.

Funeral graveside services will be held Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 2:30 at the Calvary Cemetery.

Norma graduated Saint Joseph Academy in 1958. Norma was a devoted and loving mother first and foremost. She dedicated her entire life to caring for her children and grandchildren. This was the most passionate and important thing to her. Norma’s life was a living example of how to be kind and compassionate. Ultimately teaching her children the true meaning of unconditional love. Norma was an avid lover of Cardinal Baseball. We can remember mom singing “Take Me Out to the Ballgame”. Norma sang A Bushel and a Peck by Doris Day to all her grandchildren. This tradition lives on with her great grandchildren to cherish her memory.

Norma is survived by her beloved children John Harold Craig, Michael Joseph Craig, Roberts Calvird Craig II, Mark Andrew Craig, Catherine Ann Parent (Bob), Jacklyn Favors Spaugh (Steve), grandchildren Nicholas Michael Craig, Alec Daniel Craig, Bailey Madison Craig, John Christian Favors, Michael Gabriel Favors, Joshua Andrew Craig, Jessica Lynn Craig, Gabriella Catherine Blackman, Madison Marie Danahey, Cole Vaughn Danahey, and great-grandchild Rosemary Jane Favors.

Norma is also survived by her brother Thomas Tuchschmidt (Mary Ann) and sister Theresa Traube (Jim).

She is preceded in death by her parents John & Norma Tuchschmidt and sister Mary Tuchschmidt Gilpin and brother John Eugene Tuchschmidt This world is blessed to have had our treasure, Norma, a part of it, and she will be deeply missed.
