Sarah Lynn Wells
October 04, 1980 – December 28, 2025

No matter who, what, when, where or why she would always make sure you were fed and welcomed into her home and into her life.

Sarah Lynn Wells 45, of St.louis Mo, died inSt. Louis of end stage renal disease. She was born in Herman Missouri back in 1980 to Kathy
and Daniel Pesek who taught her how to make the wonderful food that brought her family and friends together. Sarah as a child was always the star anywhere she went dancing and singing to bring joy to those around her. She attended Salem Lutheran School for K-8th then went to
attend Cleveland Military Highschool where she met some of her lifelong friends and made lasting memories she told her children when they would listen about her “good old days”.
Throughout her life Sarah had a few jobs but created a 16 year career working for Save-a-lot Corporate Foods as an accountant/ clerk. Sarah met her husband Douglas Collins Wells Jr. September 19th, 2001 on a blind date, they dated for a while and got married on May 5th 2003.
Shortly after in November of 2003 Sarah welcomed her first born son Nicholas Collins Wells to the world, with so much love and an older brother for Nick as well. Joshua Sunn Kristan Wells.
Doug’s first born and Sarah’s “bonus child” but she loved Josh the same as all of her other children. Not too long after Nick was born Sarah found out she was pregnant again this time with a girl, her daughter Alexis Lynn Wells was born later in November 2004 right around Thanksgiving.

Sarah spent as much time with her children as possible, drive in movies, the St. Louis hot air balloon races during the summers and dance, softball, volleyball, baseball, soccer and scouts for the fall and spring seasons. While Sarah loved her human children oh so much she loved her fur children a little more, the Wells’ first got Rosie a pure breed Boston Terrier when she was about 6-8 weeks old. They had so much love for Rosie a few years later
they brought Gunner home as another addition to the family. Sarah was loved by many, including her childhood best friends Heather Turnbo and Melissa Greer, Heather was by her and her family’s side till the very end. Her built-in best friend from birth Christen Sciaccio (her cousin)
has been with her through the good, bad and ugly. Chrissy stuck by Sarah’s side through the births of both sets of their children, the growth, and life of one another.
Everyone who knew or met Sarah knew not only did she have a passion for cooking and trying new recipes thanks to her dad Tusk and husband Doug. She also loved sitting down and doing diamond art for her loved ones that made her feel like she could show her love in another form of art. Sarah will always be remembered for her warm welcomes, never ending love for family, friends and the want to go back to the beach and stick her feet in the sand. She will also be remembered for her way of wanting to help and comfort those who were sad or upset regardless of who. One of her most memorable sayings that will probably come back to all of us in our dreams “Don’t say the GD word in my house” and we all wish we could hear her say it
one more time. Sarah was the best wife, daughter, sister, mother and friend that anyone could ask for.

We will miss Sarah (MoM) everyday, her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched and loved, along with those who had the pleasure of meeting her.

Sarah was preceded in death by her mother Kathy Pesek, brother Chad Pesek and other extended family. She is survived in death by Daniel Pesek (father), Douglas, Joshua, Nicholas and Alexis Wells and brothers Joshua and Brandon Pesek.
