Theresa A Mullins (nee Wagner) of Pacific MO., passed away on September 18th , 2024, at the age of 52, after a courageous and long battle with breast cancer. She left us the way anyone would want; surrounded by her family, in her own home, with her cat at her feet.

Teri was born November 3rd 1971 in Kankakee Illinois to Tim and Judy Wagner (nee Johnson). She was united in marriage to Kevin Mullins February 13 th , 2002. Teri was a retired RN, who loved caring for her patients. She missed her job and her work family terribly when she had to leave due to her declining health. Halloween was her favorite time of year, and she was known in her neighborhood as “The Queen of Halloween” due to her over-the-top yard decorations every year. Her yard was always the main attraction during trick-or-treating. Her family was her greatest joy, and often she would have everyone over for family dinners just to spend time with everyone. The holidays were always loud and crazy with a house filled with family, which is just how she liked it. She also loved spending time shopping with her mom and daughter, watching movies with her husband, and babysitting her grandson, Atlas.

Teri was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and woman, and she will missed greatly. She is survived by her husband, Kevin Mullins, her five children, Kayela Lages and her partner Devin Paredes, son Kyle Lages and his partner Payton Bartholomew, son Tim Lages and his wife Jamie Lages (nee Tate), “bonus” daughters Bri Lages and her partner Samuel Fross and Cassandra (nee Lages) Nguyen, her husband Vincent Nguyen, their daughters Ryleigh and Josephine, son Brendan Mullins, and son Zac Mullins, mother Judy Wagner, grandsons Jack Paredes and Atlas Lages, and brother Paul Wagner and his partner Narissa Shawareeram, aunt Sherry Lundergan and her husband Patrick and their sons Sean & Aiden. She is preceded in death by her father, Timothy Wagner.
