It is with great sorrow to announce that Theresa Mary Bommarito, of Saint Louis,  peacefully passed away on November 20th, 2021, at the age of 64, after a hard fought battle with glioblastoma. She was surrounded by her loving family.

Theresa was born on May 22nd, 1957, to Fannie (Marchesi) and Carl Bommarito. She was their youngest child and only daughter, leaving behind brothers Joseph (Donna), Salvatore (Linda) and Msgr. Vince Bommarito.

She was a 1975 graduate of Affton High School. Her natural ability to nurture those around her left anyone in her presence with a heart full of joy.

Theresa is survived by her two children, Andrew (Erin) Pisarkiewicz and Julie P. (Nicolas) Colicchio. She was recently married to Gregory R. Horton and lovingly welcomed his children Zachary R. Horton, Sarah A. King, and Jessica A. Duffie-Woodfin into her life. She was affectionately known as “Gigi” to Sophia and Nina Colicchio, Chlozelle and Paxton King, Everly Horton, and Remi and Rey Duffie-Woodfin. Our lives will never be the same without her.
