Ann Patrice Smith was an amazing wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend. She passed peacefully on March 6th, 2021 surrounded by her family at the age of 54, from pancreatic cancer.
Ann was an amazing woman who took pride in her job as a Warranty Administrator at Plaza Motors. She made sure that any of her friends, children’s friends, or aquant felt love and kindness. She knew no stranger and anyone who was in contact with her typically left with a smile after talking with her. She had many ‘adopted’ people in her life who she treated like family. Family was one of the most important things to her. She came from a big family but also added many people to hers.
Ann is preceded in death by her parents David and Patricia Awalt. She leaves behind a Husband, Stephen Smith, and three children, Angela (Amanda) Awalt-Glore, Elizabeth Smith, and Mary Smith. She is the beloved sister to Colleen Awalt, Brian (Michelle) Awalt, Margaret (Curt) Luedloff, David ‘Chip’ Awalt, Paul Awalt, Daniel (Holly) Smith, Michael (Sarah) Smith, Suzanne (Earl) Baldwin, and Timothy (Amanda) Smith. She was an amazing aunt to many nieces and nephews.

She was a sweet lady, gone way too soon! She was always professional & really did a great job. We recently had several claims to review & she handled every detail. A true asset to Plaza. She will be missed!
She was always in my thoughts. She was a great person. We had a good time together as the Plaza Girls .

My deepest sympathy for all of you. I can’t imagine the emptiness you must feel. Prayers for peace and understanding.
Our beautiful Primita, we just began connecting after all these years and so sad you left so soon. Heaven has received a beautiful loving Angel; we know you will watch over your family here and see your mom and dad in Heaven. Your journey may have been short but your presence here will live on and on.
Love your Prima’s
