Heavenly Father, we thank you for the life of Catherine Marie Dierker. She was a beloved mother, sister, and friend who believed in the saving power of the resurrected Lord Jesus Christ.
While our hearts are filled with sorrow by our loss, we know the passing of her earthly life marks the beginning of her eternal life as Your holy angels ushered her into the presence of You, Almighty God. We know “to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord” (2 Corinthians 5:8). Just so, Your Word reminds us, “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints” (Psalm 116:15). Her passing brings us sorrow. But her passing remains “precious” to You because her soul has entered Your presence. She has left us, but she has come to You.
And so, we take comfort in knowing Catherine Marie Dierker has enjoyed an “abundant entrance” into heaven, onto the streets of gold, with her loved ones who preceded her to Glory, and she stands before the Throne of God. We release her to Your good care. And we look forward to the day we will see her again. Until then, we recommit ourselves to be faithful unto Christ and to show love to our fellow man.
In the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we pray this prayer of reflection to find peace and comfort as we rest in Your Holy love for us.
Amen.

Mother, you will be dearly missed. You always gave more than you received not only for your children, but friends alike. Forever love, your Son, Mark A. Dierker
Such a humble, Mother. Would do anything and everything to make sure her children were ok. From working multiple shifts at Normandy Osteopathic Hospital to get her children through school was an an unyielding and emphactic testament of her character. Furthering her career into multiple city agencies, riding a bus to and from work in the event of her sacrificing her personal agenda to the benefit of her childrens long term progress and growth.
