Javon Josiah Lane Traughber
Sunrise 01/21/2013
Sunset 05/11/2021
A son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew, and friend to everyone.
Javon was born to his mother Lacey on January 21, 2013, and went back home to be with our Father on May 11, 2021. He was raised by his mother Lacey, and lived with his older sisters Victoria, Mychaela, Jaclyn, older brothers Joshua and James, and his younger brother Akealyuis.
Javon was exuberant, animated, outgoing and always ready for the next adventure or family outing. He loved skateboarding, the zoo, the movies, going out to eat with family, camping, exploring, and being creative. He was also kind hearted, selfless, and very helpful. He would pick flowers for his mom, grandmother, and sisters, help the homeless and elderly in his neighborhood, fixed skateboards and bikes with his brother Josh, and collecting softballs for the players at parks.
Javon was a second grader, on his way to third grade at Lift For Life Academy, where he liked to learn and help his teachers and classmates. He also loved to help at Mr. Donn’s local lawnmower shop, where his older sister Jaclyn worked. He would also learn, play, and help with the little kids in church on Sundays and Wednesdays. Javon was a proud uncle and brother, always playing with his niece tori and building forts with his brother Akealyuis.
He dreamed big, and never let anyone tell him he couldn’t accomplish what he set his mind too. He never knew a stranger, loved and treated everyone fairly, and enjoyed making people smile. Let us remember him by making people happy the way he did!
