ARRANGEMENTS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF MICHEL FUNERAL HOME
We know that it’s hard to accept death no matter when it comes, but we know that God does all things well and that He knows what’s best. At a time when words are so hard to find, know that you are cared for very deeply and loved greatly by so many. While we may feel helpless at times in knowing how to comfort you, the Lord knows exactly what you need. He will minister peace & comfort to you in many unexpected ways. He will walk with you through the coming days & see you through each one. God has promised to wipe every tear from your eyes, to be there loving you, strengthening you & giving you what you need to face each day because He has said in His word “Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you.” (Hebrews 13:15) No matter what happens, God will hold you close & see you through because you are so precious to Him. God cares right down to the last detail. (James 5:11)
To the family of Sgt. Steve Salvaggio, please know that my prayers are with you as you begin to adjust to living life without him and press forward through the days ahead. Now as the days ahead may be difficult, look unto Jesus for comfort & to fill the void he has left in your lives.
Remember the life he lived & live this life the way he did, with dignity & honor, giving of yourself to others as he did. Sgt. was a loving & dedicated supervisor of the Warrant & Fugitive Dept. who showed kindness and understanding to those he supervised. He always had a smile & a word of encouragement for everyone; he will definitely be missed. In your quiet time, reflect on his life and the many memories that you shared & hold those memories dear in your heart, for his legacy lives on in you…….his family.
May the Lord comfort you with His peace…surround you with His presence…and encourage you with His love.
Prayerfully submitted by Mona Lisa Hayes, Warrant Fugitive Clerk, DSN 12166
