Mark Christopher Reynolds (January 25, 1969 – April 30, 2018)
“King of the quirky riff and lead breaks, politically satirical lyrics, and a love for music and unusual music gear.”
Married to his soulmate, Nicole (Jauer), they created a life overflowing with love for each other, their families, their friends, and their four-legged children: Shirley (2015), Ruby, Larry, Loretta, Murray, Gerard (Gerry) and Willie (2016).
Beloved son of Dr. Eugene and Joyce (Frazier) Reynolds, and dear brother of Suzanne. A 1987 graduate of Hazelwood Central, Mark attended the University of Missouri when he wasn’t playing music or engaging in spirited political discussions.
Mark’s musical legacy is extensive: Freud’s Mom, the Lindbergh Babies, Soup Sandwich, the Quaaludes, and the Unmutuals.
“One of the funniest, intelligent, interesting and also sometimes intense guys you would ever meet – a true character and talent. Great guitar player and songwriter.”
“Intelligent, funny, interesting, intense… talented and loving.”
“Mark… was a brilliant asshole and a good man at the same time.”
